Very warm home atmosphere

Was super quiet, clean and amenities were superb. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Positive: The location of this property was perfect for our needs. Door to door commute to the airport was only 17 minutes. Also liked the suburban feel of the property. Felt very homey. Negative: Three things: 1) getting a response back on early access (2 hours) would have saved inconvenience upon arrival. Only received non-committal responses from hosts 2) would have been nice to know a renter was in the basement. 3) use of the garage was useful and appreciated, however, basement renter blocked us in when they parked on the driveway pad. Fortunately they answered their door otherwise transporting family members to the airport at 4 AM they next morning would have been problematic.

The house was perfect for me, my 5 sisters and1 sister in law to stay for 4 days while visiting our brother who is in the UA hospital. The house is very homey feeling with the colourful bedrooms, with very comfy beds, and the bright and well stocked kitchen. Sufficient parking space for 3 vehicles The reason I gave 4 stars for check in was the online check in was a little confusing when it was past my checkin time and the system would tell me it wasn’t time yet. The reason for only 4 stars on location and area is because the street is very narrow and congested. When meeting a vehicle going opposite way one of us had to find a space to pull over.

Great house. Grumpy host. Positive: Clean, comfortable and well appointed Negative: The manager/owner was rude and difficult to deal with. The signup requires way too much personal information. The deposit was ridiculous. I was not expecting a complete second layer of booking after I had committed through Booking.com.

Overall, it was very good, the hosts were very good with reaching out, and making us feel welcome Positive: It was a very clean, homey atmosphere. It was a quiet neighborhood. Negative: It was a little bit of a drive to go to the Grey Nuns Hospital everyday, where my dad was, but not too bad, also if you don't have an updated GPS it was a bit difficult to navigate there.
